The perfect refreshing smoothie bowl with a boost of protein and extra greens!
1/2 a frozen banana
1 Sambazon Supergreens Frozen Acai Packet
Handful of fresh berries (I used strawberries)
About a 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 scoop of Gainful plant-based protein powder and one chocolate peanut butter flavor boost packet
Toppings:
Granola
Goji berries
Cacao nibs
Apple chunks
Natural Peanut Butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Tip: Avoid adding any extra liquid or ice during the blending process. If the ingredients are difficult to blend, use a spoon or other utensil to apply pressure to the mixture and continue blending until all ingredients are completely blended and the texture is thick and creamy.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! Tip: pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer while you gather your toppings. Take your smoothie bowl out of the freezer once you have them all ready to distribute onto the smoothie mixture.
