When it comes to birthday cake, I’m gonna eat it! Sharing this simple single-serve birthday cake-inspired baked oatmeal recipe to help make every day feel like your birthday!
1/2 a ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup rolled oats (I used Kodiak Cakes Protein Rolled Oats)
1/2 cup milk of choice
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Nestle tollhouse Funfetti Vanilla Cake flavored chips (found at aldi)
Sprinkles of choice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a ramekin or small single-serve dish and mix until well combined.
Bake on 375F for about 20-25 minutes or until desired oatmeal consistency is reached and the edges are light, golden brown.
